The  Professional Staff Association, or simply the PSA, is the collective bargaining unit that represents the full-time Faculty, Professional Staff, University Lecturers, Academic Administrators, Research Professors and Professors of Practice at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. The PSA is also affliated with the American Association of University Professors and the NJ State Conference of AAUP.
